Google Pixel 8 Case Damda Glide Hybrid

Uncomfortable to hold for extended periods. That said, it is solidly built, has the largest card capacity of any pixel 8 wallet case on the market, and weighs far less than it looks. 90% of the weight seems to come from my phone itself or the 6 cards (including one which is metal and thicker than usual) which easily slide in. Compared to off-brand leather wallet cases from Aliexpress it has no competition. Compared to Vena, the other high-end brand, I can't speak for the pixel 8 vena wallet case but I used to have the vena case for the 7 pro. Vena's product was weighty and only stored 3-4 cards; worse, the slightly thicker metal card I mentioned reduced that number to 2 unless you were willing to risk the vena case or any flimsy plastic cards in it with a dangerously tight fit every time you remove or insert a card. With this vrs case, there are no such problems. The fit is easy and the space available surprising; if I needed to, I could replace my physical wallet outright, though to be fair I do not have a driver's license or employee ID to carry with me.

My only complaint (aside from feeling like you're holding a screwdriver carrying case when you use your phone) is that the upper metal bracket for the sliding wallet cover on my case has raised corners as if they were incorrectly attached, but they don't feel loose or cheap, just pokey and poorly located. I'm not talking about the raised tabs (not sure if those tabs actually hold it down or if it's mostly decorative)…
