How do I track my order?

Track your order here using your 9-digit Order Number and Email.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders daily with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Orders must be placed before 11 a.m. PT to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT will be processed the next business day. If you place an order and do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please let us know using the contact form and our support team will be happy to assist you.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours, except on Saturdays and Sundays. Shipment confirmation emails containing a tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. A tracking number is included for all orders with the exception of First Class International orders.

I ordered the wrong item! Can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel your order please log into your account. If the Order Status for your order is Unfulfilled you can select Cancel or Edit. On the next page you will be given the option to Cancel or Edit your order.

If the status of your order is Fulfilled that means your order has already left our facilities. In this case, we advise you to request Return To Sender through your shipping carrier once you receive the package. To do this, please write Return to Sender on the unopened package you receive and leave it for your shipping carrier to pick up and deliver back to our facilities.

Once we receive your unopened return item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees included at the original time of purchase are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation once credit has been issued.

Can I change my shipping address after I have already placed my order?

Once an order leaves our facilities, the address cannot be modified. Please make sure the correct shipping address is inputted before placing the order.

In the case where an order with an incorrect address is shipped, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and request to redirect the package to the correct shipping address or hold the package at their facilities for a pickup.

What are my shipping options?


Delivery times are indicated for orders placed before 11am PT and after an order is shipped. Once an order leaves our facilities delivery is subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier. Delivery time and rates vary by destination.

International orders may take up to 4 weeks to deliver due to varying customs processing times.

Any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. These fees may vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

What if my shipping carrier states my package has been delivered but I have not received it?

We advise all of our customers to contact the carrier for missing shipments. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with your main office for packages. Once an order leaves our facilities, delivery is subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier. VRS Design, Inc. (VRS Design) is not liable for any Lost or Stolen return packages during transit/delivery. Please feel free to contact our support team if you have any questions.

I bought a VRS Design product through eBay/Amazon/other and I’m having issues with it.

For products purchased through any third party sellers, please contact the seller directly and they will be able to assist you accordingly. VRSDesign.com serves as a different entity from third party resellers such as Amazon or eBay and has limited access to customer order information on those sites.

What is your return policy?

VRS Design offers a 30-Day Back Money Guarantee. We want you to have a great experience shopping on our website and using our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item by mail within 30 days after date of delivery for a full item refund issued in the original form of payment. Please use this form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and generate a shipping label.

Return Requirements:

  • Product must have been purchased directly from www.vrsdesign.com
  • A valid order confirmation number from www.vrsdesign.com must be provided with your return request
  • Item(s) must be in like-new resalable condition
  • Sender will be responsible for any incurred shipping rates for the item being returned
  • Shipping & handling fees included at the original time of purchase are non-refundable.

Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will fall under the criteria of our 1-Year Warranty Policy.

I received a defective product. How do I get a replacement?

We hold responsibility for our products and would like to help you resolve any issues you may have. If your item has been purchased in the last 30 days, please fill out a RMA form on our returns page: vrsdesign.com/pages/returns. If your item has passed its return period of 30 days, please let us know by contacting us through our form here and selecting the Subject Warranty: vrsdesign.com/pages/contact-us

What is your warranty policy?

VRS Design, Inc. (VRS Design) offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on a majority of VRS Design products. VRS Design products purchased from distributors or resellers are not covered by the 1 year limited warranty. The 1-year VRS Design warrant is non-transferable and covers only the buyer who made the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim. The 1-year warranty covers defects produced by a manufacturing error. Certain VRS Design products may be subject to different warranties. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Accidental drops
  • Installation failures
  • Normal wear and tear caused by owner
  • Misuse/abuse, mishandling, or user modification

Will VRS Design cases work with third party screen protectors?

Yes, most of our cases feature a protective lip around the screen and are compatible with third party screen protectors. Depending on the level of protection, the compatibility with some edge-to-edge screen protectors may vary.

Will my headphone jack fit VRS Design cases?

All VRS Design cases are compatible with standard 3.5mm headphone jacks. Headphone jacks with larger casings may not fit some cases.

Are VRS Design cases compatible with wireless charging?

Most of our cases are compatible with Qi wireless charging. Compatibility with the Damda Series may vary depending on thickness of the case after card storage.
