VRS Design stands behind the quality of its products and is committed to assisting customers who experience a verified manufacturing defect or product quality issue.
If you believe you have received a defective VRS Design product, please contact:
VRS Design may request your order number, photos, video, product model information, and other supporting information necessary to evaluate the claim.
60-Day Limited Product Warranty
VRS Design provides a 60-day limited manufacturer warranty for eligible products purchased directly from VRSDesign.com and shipped to an eligible U.S. address.
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
From day 1 through day 30, eligible customers may request either:
- A return under VRS Design's 30-Day Return Policy, or
- Warranty assistance for a qualifying manufacturing or product quality issue
From day 31 through day 60, standard returns for change of mind or other non-defect reasons are no longer available.
During this period, VRS Design will review only claims involving a verified manufacturing defect or product quality issue.
What This Warranty Covers
The 60-day limited warranty may cover defects including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Structural failure under normal intended use
- Product components that fail due to a manufacturing or workmanship issue
A defect means a flaw or failure caused by the manufacturing process or materials, not damage caused by the customer or normal use.
If a warranty claim is approved, VRS Design may, at its discretion, provide:
- A replacement product
- A comparable replacement product
- Store credit
- Another appropriate remedy
A refund may be offered when VRS Design determines that a replacement or other remedy is not practical.
Warranty replacement is generally limited to one replacement per eligible defective product claim.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, discoloration, or cosmetic wear caused by normal use
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, crushing, or accidents
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Fire, water exposure, or other external causes
- Unauthorized modification or alteration
- Damage caused by third-party accessories
- Damage caused by using the product with an incorrect device model
- Customer preference or change of mind
- Incorrect product, model, or color selected by the customer
- Loss or theft
- Damage to the customer's phone, tablet, earbuds, watch, or other device
The warranty applies only to the VRS Design product itself and does not cover any electronic device or other property used with the product.
Original Purchaser Only
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser of the eligible VRS Design product.
Authorized Purchase Requirement
This voluntary warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from VRSDesign.com.
Products purchased from unauthorized distributors, resellers, third-party sellers, or other sellers are not covered by this VRSDesign.com warranty program.
Purchases made through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other marketplaces may be subject to the return, refund, or warranty terms applicable to that marketplace or seller.
A product purchased from a third-party seller is not automatically covered by VRS Design's direct-store warranty merely because it is a VRS Design branded product.
International Orders
International orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for VRS Design's voluntary 60-day product warranty or complimentary warranty replacement program.
International customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility, model, color, quantity, shipping address, and applicable import requirements before placing an order.
International shipping charges, duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs charges, carrier fees, and other import-related costs are not covered or reimbursed under this warranty.
Any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded remain unaffected.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact:

- Your VRSDesign.com order number
- The product name and model
- A description of the issue
- At least 2 clear photos showing the claimed defect
- Video evidence, if requested
VRS Design may request additional photos, video, product information, or other documentation when necessary to evaluate the claim.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee warranty approval.
VRS Design will review the information provided and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing or product quality defect.
If VRS Design requests that the product be returned for inspection, the customer will receive additional return instructions.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
For approved U.S. warranty claims, VRS Design will determine whether replacement shipping or other shipping costs will be covered based on the circumstances of the claim.
Customers should not ship a product back without prior authorization.
Unauthorized return shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
International warranty replacements and complimentary international reshipments are not available.
Claims After 60 Days
VRS Design's voluntary limited product warranty expires 60 days after delivery.
Claims submitted after the 60-day warranty period may be declined.
VRS Design may choose to provide assistance outside the warranty period at its sole discretion, but doing so does not extend, renew, or restart the original warranty period.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Products purchased directly from VRSDesign.com may be eligible for VRS Design's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Eligible customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in VRS Design's Return & Refund Policy.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and the 60-Day Limited Product Warranty are separate programs:
- Days 1–30: Eligible standard returns and qualifying warranty claims
- Days 31–60: Qualifying manufacturing or product quality warranty claims only
- After Day 60: VRS Design's voluntary return and warranty periods have expired
