Domestic U.S. Shipping

Most domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

Available shipping methods may include:

• USPS Ground Advantage® — typically 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail® — typically 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $34.99 USD or more shipped to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other extended-area destinations.

Orders shipped to excluded or extended-area destinations are subject to the shipping rates displayed at checkout regardless of order value.

Order Processing

• In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 10:00 AM Pacific Time may begin processing on the next business day
• Our warehouse is closed on weekends and certain holidays
• Orders containing pre-order or back-ordered items may be held until all items are available to ship
• If your order contains multiple items with different availability dates, the order may ship according to the latest estimated availability date

If you would like in-stock items to ship separately from pre-order or back-ordered items, we recommend placing separate orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned to VRS Design because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:

• Eligible merchandise may be refunded after the package is returned and inspected
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operating conditions and service terms.

If a shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation when appropriate.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but the package cannot be located, please first check:

• Mailbox or parcel locker
• Household members
• Neighbors
• Building management
• Surrounding delivery area
• The applicable carrier

VRS Design does not guarantee a replacement or refund solely because a customer reports that a package cannot be located after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

Split Shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.

If an upgraded shipping method was purchased, the upgraded service will generally apply to the initial shipment unless otherwise stated.

Additional shipments may be sent using standard shipping.

International Shipping

International orders are primarily shipped via UPS or DHL.

Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout when available.

International delivery estimates do not include customs processing, customs clearance, inspections, or delays caused by local authorities or carriers.

VRS Design cannot guarantee international delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they purchase may legally be imported into their destination country.

International Duties, Taxes, VAT, and Carrier Fees

International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, customs duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, carrier fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, UPS, DHL, or another applicable party, unless a specific charge is explicitly collected by VRS Design at checkout.

These charges are generally not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.

VRS Design does not determine, control, or guarantee the amount of any duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges.

Customers are responsible for understanding their country's import requirements, taxes, duties, and fees before placing an order.

Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments

Refusing a shipment, failing to claim a shipment, or refusing to pay duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees, or other carrier charges does not make VRS Design responsible for those charges.

If an international shipment is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or other import-related charges:

• Any refund will be considered only after the merchandise has been physically returned to VRS Design
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping charges, duties, brokerage fees, customs charges, carrier fees, or other costs incurred may be deducted from any refund
• If the package is not returned to VRS Design, a refund may not be available

International Returns and Warranty

Prepaid return labels are not available for international returns.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs, duties, taxes, or carrier fees associated with a return.

International orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for VRS Design's voluntary 60-day product warranty or complimentary warranty replacement program.

Any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded remain unaffected.

Special Considerations

• All orders are subject to review and approval based on the information provided at checkout
• Some orders may be placed on hold for additional fraud prevention, payment verification, address verification, or security review
• If an item becomes unavailable or out of stock, VRS Design may contact the customer regarding a replacement, alternative product, cancellation, or refund
• Estimated delivery and availability dates are subject to change
• Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs processing, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times
