iPhone 13 Pro Max Case Damda Glide DuoGuard

Purchased this phone case out of pure necessity. First off, my previous case was a previous VRS model with the 4-card compartment with sliding cover.

So, I was building a railing, and while using my circular saw a loose piece of my shirt came into contact with the blade, and pulled the saw to my thigh. Destroyed my shirt, ripped open my pant leg & pant pocket.

My phone in my front pocket is probably the only reason I didn't end up in the ER, and was completely unscathed.

But, the relevance here is a testimony to the quality and durability of the case. Not only did the case protect my phone from the saw blade, but also protected my ID & credit/debit cards. The saw tooth peeled back a thick piece of plastic from the sliding cover, but did not penetrate to the cards underneath.

I wanted to replace the case with either the exact same because it has worked so well, or a similar VRS model, and I went with the Damda Glide DuoGuard because it was essentially the same as my previous case but with the added feature of the camera lense cover (which also serves as a handy phone kick-stand). Also really liked the khaki/FDE finish as opposed to all black.

My phone has a great new skin, for replacing the previous VRS case that literally save MY skin, lol.
