Galaxy Z Fold 7 Case Terra Modern

Gosh, I was so incredibly hopeful for this product and manufacturer. This case is awkward, and. Weird to put on and awkward taking off. Also, reliability and quality is iffy--I often find the front cover has literally fallen off of my device when I open to the fold screen.... Bummer. Waiting on customer service to step in and provide some sort of reassurance, be it in the form of a written reply, a discount, any form of respect for me as buyer who is not requesting a refund although if I were, it'd be absolutely valid.

Much lighter than other cases. It fits right in my hand and looks like every part is protected. Especially the front screen protection is superb. If you are looking for an all around protective case, this is the one.

I received my package and the screen protector came in all shattered. I had to immediately contact the support team and they replaced it for me. Took an extra 4 days for the front case and I had to live with the risk of damaging my phone after spending about $50 on this. The overall shopping experience was horrible but the customer service team deserved at least 3 stars.
