Galaxy S23 Plus Case Damda Glide Hybrid

I previously had the Glide Pro for my Galaxy S21 and Loved it. This new Dama Glide Hybrid (in Green) features a better material, more rubbery. Good grip and fantastic hold on my S23 plus. I love the credit card holder on the back. Perhaps it's just mine but the slider seems to hang up on my cards a little. My previous model I had for two years on my S21 never did this. I thought I would use the Kickstand feature more. Yet after 2 weeks of use I have only used it once. Good Color I really enjoy the two tone look. Overall I enjoy and would buy again perhaps without the kickstand.

I know the brand is good because I have been using this cases for more than 3 years but I just get me new case and 5 days later the card holder get damage with barely use. I try to contact customer service by email in May 30th because I received ny case ib May 22nd and 7 days later it get damage. Today is June 02 and I'm still waiti g for the answer. I believe that they have a very good product and customer service but I'm wrong. Please check the email and answer me.
