La Mirada, California—February 17, 2016—Verus®—known for its mid-to-high-end Apple® and Android™ cell phone cases and covers—is announcing a complete, company rebranding initiative in the 2016 fiscal year to accompany its expanding product line-up and changing corporate philosophy. The Verus brand and all of its properties—with the exception of older product lines nearing discontinuation—will adopt the VRS Design™ name and insignia effective immediately. Products in stock already branded as Verus will continue to be sold until depletion.
The decision revolves around design and fashion as focal points of all upcoming product launches in response to the current climate of rapidly changing consumer demand in the mobile accessories market especially. Other efforts have been made to further dominate the target demographic of professionals in their 20s and 40s: to create deeper immersion into the brand’s new design language, VRS Design is also diversifying its product portfolio beyond cell phone and tablet cases to include a wider range of offerings.
